Amigurumi Class with Mabel Saturday November 5 at 2pm

Exciting new class for all ages with Mable. She will be teaching amigurumi crochet. The first class will be an adorable jelly fish with the curly tentacles. This is fun to make and also offers comfort to babies. Hospital staff observed that the premature babies grasped the curly tentacles of the octopus instead of pulling at their tubes. The theory is that the curly tentacles mimic the umbilical cord and comfort the baby! What an amazing thought ~ that yarn and hook can lead to comfort for a premature baby!

Class includes, printed pattern class instruction. Crochet hook needs to be G/4.0mm yarn weight should be worsted (4) and they are available for purchase in the store.
